strengthening of the cooperation between BADEA BOAD and BCEAO

As part of consolidation of cooperation between the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) and the African Regional Finance Institutions, two delegations from the Bank of the West-African Development (BOAD) and the Central Bank of West African countries (BCEAO), visited today, Tuesday 17th January, 2017, the Headquarters of BADEA in Khartoum.

The Director General of BADEA, H.E. Dr. Sidi Ould TAH, met in his office, the two delegations, in order to examine ways and means of strengthening cooperation between BADEA, BOAD and BCEAO.

Discussions focused specifically on private sector, foreign trade program and technical assistance operations to establish a framework for dynamic, effective cooperation between BOAD, BCEAO and BADEA.

The two delegations praised the important role played by BADEA in the development of the African continent for more consolidation and development of Afro- Arab cooperation.
