BADEA’s Board of Governors meets up its 43rd annual meeting
Written by عبد الحفيظ حساينيةThe Board of Governors, of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), is supposed to take place in the Dead Sea, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, for its 43rd Annual Meeting, within the framework of the Joint-Annual Meetings of Arab Financial Institutions, scheduled to take place from 10 to 11 April 2018.
The Joint-Annual Meetings of Arab Financial Institutions will bring together, besides BADEA, the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, the Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Corporation, the Arab Monetary Fund and the Arab Authority for Investment and Agricultural Development.
BADEA hosts the 81st Coordination Group Meeting
Written by عبد الحفيظ حساينيةThe Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) hosts the 81st meeting of the Coordination Group of Arab National and Regional Developmental Institutions, to be held in Khartoum during the period 20 to 22, March 2018.
The Coordination Group includes, besides BADEA: The Islamic Development Bank, the OPEC Fund for International Development, the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, the Saudi Fund for Development, the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, the Arab Monetary Fund, Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, Qatar Development Fund and the Arab Gulf Program for Development.

US$ 12.05 Millions from BADEA to Burkina Faso
Written by عبد الحفيظ حساينيةThe Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), has signed a loan agreement worth US $ 12.05 million for the benefit of Burkina Faso. The agreement was signed during the official visit of H.E. Dr. Sidi Ould TAH, Director General of BADEA, to Burkina Faso that took place during the last month of January 2018.
The project, which is part of the national strategy for the development of higher education sector and scientific research, aims at carrying out a program of modernization and extension of national universities.
